From Sabato’s Crystal Ball: “One caveat, as pollster Jake Rubinstein notes, is that over 180,000 voters cast ballots in the referendum but not the partisan primaries — this number likely includes many unaffiliated voters who quite possibly lean left (or at least did on this particular issue).”
