Nearly a year in, Black people aren’t sold on Biden — but they haven’t given up, either

NBC News quotes HIT Strategies’ BlackTrack research examining Black voters’ approval rating of President Joe Biden:

From NBC News: “However, Biden’s approval among Black voters has been sliding throughout the year. A poll by HIT Strategies showed that 48 percent of Black voters said in November that Biden was addressing their needs, compared to 66 percent of respondents in June. The poll reported a margin of sampling error of 3.1 percentage points.”
