Ross Miletich is a Senior Analyst at HIT Strategies focusing on political campaigns and public opinion research. A veteran of national, state, and local campaigns, Ross uses his background as a political consultant to inform research design, target hard-to-reach or marginalized voters, and ask the right questions to guide a campaign to success.

Beginning as a campaign intern for Congresswoman Lois Capps, Ross developed his political career at Lew Edwards, an award-winning consulting firm focused on local ballot measures that improve public services. He further refined his research skills at Tulchin Research, working on the Bernie Sanders for President campaign, highly competitive DCCC campaigns, and historic District Attorney races that saw criminal justice reformers defeat entrenched anti-reform incumbents. At HIT, Ross aims to sharpen his project management and research skills and continue delivering fast, quality service for many clients.

A California native, Ross attended UC Santa Barbara, graduating in 2012 with a Double Major in Political Science and History of Public Policy. He graduated cum laude with departmental honors in both majors and won the 2012 History of Public Policy Senior Thesis Prize. He currently lives in Oakland with his partner Katie and their rowdy cat Cheddar.
