Maya is a HIT Strategies analyst, working with political and advocacy group clients.

Maya’s previous experience in research and polling includes her time at Global Strategy Group, where she supported quantitative and qualitative projects for unions, candidates, and environmental groups. Before that, she was a manager at Morning Consult’s market research firm, focusing on global reputation work and quick-turn consumer insights for her clients. Beyond her work in polling, Maya also worked on the 2021 gubernatorial race in New Jersey, helping Phil Murphy get re-elected in a red wave election cycle. 

Maya has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she interned at the Penn Program on Opinion Research and Election Studies. She currently lives in New York City with her foster cat.
