Erica is an Analyst at HIT Strategies. She collaborates with clients to understand their goals, builds quantitative or qualitative instruments to measure parameters of interest, follows the data collection process, and ultimately analyzes the data to uplift the stories behind the numbers and build substantiated, actionable strategy. Her passion for just systemic and social progress, rooted in the lived experiences of individuals and communities across the U.S., drives her work at every step.
Erica graduated with Cum Laude honors from the University of Florida in 2019, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. During her time there, she assisted in a doctoral social psychology lab studying information avoidance and was part of a consulting group in an international organization, Enactus. Before joining HIT, she worked as an SEO content writer for a start-up company and taught English in the south of Spain. In her free time she enjoys exploring nature and doing yoga.
