Courtney Kronenberg is a Research Manager at HIT Strategies. She spearheads the firm’s political, climate, education, and economic research. As a confident and thoughtful researcher, Courtney approaches each project with the same level of respect and attention to ensure that our clients receive data-driven, actionable guidance that goes beyond a topline number. In her polling career, she has worked in political races across the country, from county executive to the U.S. presidency.
Prior to joining HIT in 2022, Courtney spent half a decade at Hart Research Associates. She worked on critical races in Georgia, including Stacey Abrams’ 2018 election for governor and Jon Ossoff’s 2020 election for U.S. Senate. At HIT, she led the polling team to successfully re-elect Rep. Jahana Hayes in CT-5 and mobilize low-propensity voters during Mandela Barnes’ historic candidacy for U.S. Senate in Wisconsin in 2022. Courtney also collaborates with organizations like Sierra Club, Innovation Ohio, Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, and DCCC.
Courtney’s research experience has focused on electorate expansion and mobilization, and she is proud to have conducted strategic research for numerous first-time female candidates seeking local and federal offices.
Courtney graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University in 2017 with a major in political science, focusing on women running for political office. She resides in Chapel Hill, NC, with her fiancé and cat, Maxine. (Go Heels!)
