Pride, Juneteenth & Upcoming Research
June is a month that holds two significant observances: Juneteenth and Pride, each honoring the ongoing pursuit of freedom, dignity, and equal opportunity. As a firm committed to amplifying the voices of historically underrepresented communities, we celebrate the contributions, resilience, and leadership of Black and LGBTQ+ communities whose advocacy continues to shape our everyday culture and our future.
These observances are not only moments for reflection, but reminders of the work that remains to ensure every person is seen, heard, and represented. At HIT Strategies, that commitment lives in our research, helping national organizations, advocates on the frontlines, and business leaders better understand the communities they want to serve — to build a more equitable future for all.
Look for our upcoming research on LGBTQ+ communities later this summer, as we keep filling in the picture of the communities that make America, America.

Upcoming Talker Call: Young Voters
Campaigns spend millions trying to reach young voters and keep losing ground. The problem isn’t always the platform or the policy; it’s the messenger, the message, and years of institutional neglect. This webinar digs into the research on what young people actually prioritize across key segments, dismantles the myths that continue to shape campaign strategy, and lays out a clear-eyed framework for rebuilding trust with a generation that’s ready to engage — on their own terms.
