The New York Times quoted HIT Strategies’ BlackTrack research examining Biden’s approval rating in handling Black people’s needs:

From The New York Times: “Biden’s net approval among Black voters has been declining. A poll by HIT Strategies found that ’48 percent of Black voters said in November that Biden was addressing their needs, compared to 66 percent of respondents in June.'”
