Tina Davis is an Analyst at HIT Strategies. Her work is centered on helping organizations better understand communities, strengthen programs, and make more equitable decisions through research and storytelling. Her research spans education, public policy, workforce development, civic engagement, and social impact, with a strong focus on culturally responsive and equitable evaluation practices. Tina is especially passionate about translating lived experiences into actionable insights that help organizations build trust, belonging, and long-term impact within the communities they serve.
Throughout her career, Tina has partnered with nonprofits, foundations, public sector organizations, and education institutions to lead mixed-methods research projects, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and develop strategic recommendations grounded in both quantitative and qualitative data. Her work includes designing and conducting surveys, focus groups, interviews, community listening sessions, and program evaluations that center underrepresented voices and inform policy, communications, and organizational strategy. She is particularly skilled at data storytelling and transforming complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Tina has held research and evaluation roles across education technology, market research, federal policy research, and nonprofit consulting.
