Michelle is an Analyst at HIT Strategies where she focuses on research on women, youth, and the LGBTQ+ community. She has four years of research experience, spanning corporate, political, and non-profit clients.
Prior to joining HIT, Michelle worked at Breakthrough Campaigns/Burson (formerly BSG), where she delivered strategic insights and recommendations to Fortune 50 companies, national news outlets, and progressive organizations. Her work has spanned a range of policy areas, including immigration and digital safety on social media and AI platforms.
Michelle holds a B.A. in Government and Economics from the University of Virginia, where she graduated with Highest Distinction and wrote a thesis on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on attitudes toward the disability community. In her free time, she volunteers with Girls Learn International. You can also find her watching baseball and crocheting.
