Melissa Espinal is the General Manager at HIT where she manages client billing and customer data management whilst continuously refining and improving sales processes and operational practices. Additionally, Melissa works closely with research management in overseeing project profitability to allow HIT Strategies to continue offering premium yet affordable research services to dynamic candidates and organizations.
Prior to joining HIT, Melissa has held various leadership and operational roles in sectors that include Hospitality, Sales, and Software/Technology. Melissa’s passion for customer service combined with her direct experience in creating and implementing SOPs allows Melissa to approach each task with integrity and intention while ensuring that the client’s experience is both enjoyable and efficient. In her free time, Melissa can be found spending time with family, cooking authentic Puerto Rican dishes, or enjoying the sun’s rays.
