Jennifer is a Data Associate at HIT Strategies. Her primary responsibility is supporting the analysts with processing all quantitative research.
Jennifer brings a unique combination of experience in scientific academic research, political field organizing, and education. Before joining HIT Strategies, as a local field and data expert of her battleground area of North Texas, her political experience ranged from being field data lead on a Congressional campaign to managing and winning local campaigns, each win changing the face of leadership in her community. Among some of her groundbreaking campaign wins include the first woman of color on her local school board and youngest elected official in the County’s history as well first Democratic judicial win in decades. Prior to her career in politics, she worked in education, teaching math and science specifically to students with learning differences. While in university, she participated in multiple research projects ranging from empirical science research in physical chemistry and biochemistry to qualitative research in psychology with trauma patients. She attended Harvey Mudd College where she studied chemistry and psychology.
