Sean Conner is the Executive General Manager at HIT Strategies, where he plays a pivotal role in aligning strategy, infrastructure, and culture to advance the firm’s mission. With nearly 20 years of relationship management and organizational leadership experience, Sean partners with department leads across sales, marketing/communications, IT, HR, and operations to ensure that workplans align with company goals, performance is measured, and accountability is embedded across the organization.
At HIT, Sean is focused on building systems that empower people and deliver seamless client experiences. He championed a refreshed approach to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), creating a culture where staff connect their day-to-day work to HIT’s broader mission and impact. He also leads HIT’s Go-To-Market strategy, driving integrated sales and communications campaigns and overseeing new product launches. Sean’s leadership has helped scale a multimillion-dollar pipeline, supported by the CRM infrastructure he implemented to give the firm real-time revenue and performance insights.
Sean’s impact also extends beyond operations into HIT’s external presence. He has produced high-profile events attended by Cabinet members, members of Congress, mayors, and nationally recognized journalists from CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, Politico, and more—strengthening HIT’s role as a trusted voice in the public opinion research space.
Before joining HIT, Sean founded and led a consulting agency that advised C-suite executives on scaling their businesses. His work focused on technology implementation, client retention strategies, and operational efficiency, equipping him with a multi-pronged perspective on how organizations grow and thrive. With additional experience across healthcare, media, non-profit, and software sectors, Sean brings a unique ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
