Survey 160

Oyinda Bola is an analyst at HIT Strategies, where she works with issue-based nonprofits and political clients to translate research into actionable insights. She brings with her experience in quantitative research and survey design. 

Prior to joining HIT, Oyinda worked as an analyst at Survey 160, where she managed, designed, and programmed SMS surveys for progressive political clients and research firms. During the 2020 election cycle, she notably worked with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and Priorities USA. Prior to that, Oyinda was a research assistant at Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI) – where she authored reports and articles on politics, religion, and culture through a social justice lens.  

Oyinda is a graduate of Ohio State University, where she studied sociology, religion, and critical theory. Currently, she lives in New York City with her younger sister and rumbunctious toy poodle, Adonis.
