Alani is a junior research analyst at HIT Strategies. She assists with the creation of research instruments for qualitative and quantitative projects as well as with document and data visualization creation. Before joining HIT, Alani worked as a contractor for Hart Research Associates. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master’s in Politics in 2021, where she studied far-right party strategy and democratic decline. In May of 2019, Alani received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois Wesleyan, where she double majored in Philosophy and Political Science.
